Valentine’s Day Present for Myself

Well, I’ve done it again!  I found another puppy to rescue and bring into my home!

Well, “puppy” may not be the right word…

Bowie is approximately 2-3 years old and in awful condition!  The poor boy has an awful case of mange and is severely under weight.

His poor feet are cracked and bleeding and oh so tender.

But it was definitely love at first sight for both of us!

Iggy..well, she’s not quite as sure just yet, but she’ll get there.

In hopes of their future friendship, I named him Bowie after David Bowie.  Since he and Iggy Pop were best friends in real life, I can only hope that Iggy Pup and Bowie follow their lead.
